bluetooth

Hi,

to my 335i to dealer today to ask that he program my bluetooth , he calls me and says that the module nin the trunk does not belong to this car so they cannot program it.

Is that correct? Shouldn't the dealer be able to cancel the program and then reprogram it?

He says that no one program for one serial number it can not be reprogram?

I find that hard to believe.

Any of you come across this.
