If you're looking for high-end, perfectionist style work - contact either scheerspeed or David Fermani.

If you're looking for a budget $150 gets-you-everything-except-amazing-results, I have no idea.

Depends on how good the detailer is, and the extent of work you're looking for. If you want a thorough decontamination of your vehicle followed by a multi-step paint correction process performed and ended with a layers of quality carnauba wax or a good sealant, expect to pay $450-1000 depending on a lot of different factors.
On average, you'll be looking at the $500-800 range I'd say for most cars. Again, this depends on the level of work you're requesting and what you're vehicle is in need of. the good thing is that if you do this and then maintain it correctly, and future work will be much easier and quicker, and thus much less expensive.
