no, never had a problem. I know it's no the cheapest, but it's $190 out of which $80 alone represents parts, $10 paypal fee on my side, and at least 2 hrs of labor.
Definitely beats $400 footwell + plus dealer install + high beams not working after that

hey guys,

I am totally lose track of this game now.
The way that Jim wired his xenon is totally different from mine.
I meant I print out the instructions posted by Ahead and Long.
They show how to split the wires from the exterior headlight plug, not inside the xenon lights.
I am confuse of which method is correct....
and I'm begin to belive parachute solution might work, can you pm me please parachute...

I did both, and both gave the same problem. I pretty sure Parachute solution will work fine, but since I have Mtec, I'll give a try first.

Either way is correct. I just did the wiring on the inside of the xenon housing so I didn't have to shove wires in the plug and count on that to work. The way I did it just makes the xenons plug and play and you won't have to mess with the cars wiring or plugs. Everything will look OEM. Parachutes relays are to get rid of the error code, not to wook up the lights. He took alot of time to figure that out and a few people on here have it and have had no problems with errors.

What do you have to do to the housing to make the kit fit? and where does the Mtec kit plug into?

yeah Jim,
I want to find out too.
I thought D1S is hard to retrofit to H7 because there is no adaptor available
unless he is using D1S bulb and had a special cable to connect to his M-tech.

lol, I guess if you get 17 guys it should be free for all of you right?? hhaha
But seriously, I can't go below that just because of fixed costs and the time it takes me to build each one of these.
1 person $190, 2 $180, 3 or more $170

ohh, and forgot to mention earlier that price already includes shipping
