Do stoptech bbk clear 19" 313's?

Looking to upgrade and want to confirm. Pic for views of my current setup.

Those look like they are the 355mm version so they would fit under 19" 313's

They are 355. I am worried about the offset. They barely fit the oem wheels.

Front 313'S for z4 have lower offset et29 and they will most definitely fit.
Here are the dimensions:
3er E90+ 8x19 front ET 37
3er E90+ 9x19 back ET 39
Z4 E89 8x19 front ET 29
Z4 E89 9x19 back ET 40
