If you upgrade your diff, its quite a bit more torque to the ground, assuming both wheels have grip, which is the focus of this talk, lol.

I am considering perhaps rebuilding one of my diffs (I still have the stock) with a LSD in it for the 335 ill get once this lease is up next summer.

LSD+335 turbo+software = all you need.
Well, this diff will probably be my 2nd mod to come.

I only briefly read the first page. But I was wondering if anyone knew if DINAN might come out with LSD for the 335i? I see that they offer LSD for the e46 M3 and also offer a differently geared diff for the e46 330i.

Maybe once they come out with their power adders for the 335: Exhaust, Software, Engine Components, Intake. They'll see that having so much power on the 335 would make it need LSD. Does anyone know?

I'd put money on Dinan having an LSD for the 335i. Just don't expect it quickly.

That would be a worth while upgrade for the 335, IMO.

Mfactory lsd 2010 E90

I had my Mfactory lsd installed one year ago and 8k miles ago.
So far I haven’t noticed any problems. And it seems to hold traction better around corners. I don’t drive this car in snow or ice. I am running 19” MPSS.
But I can’t say my autocross times have improved much. Maybe a scoshe
But sadly I have an Egr issue. I’m wondering is it worth to DIY and clean it very well?

Woah. You really had to dig to find a 12 year old thread. That's impressive.
