Help: e92 Metal noise from the rear (video included)

How is it going guys ? With a recent purchase of a e92 323i i have a issue with the car already. The car is making a metal grinding noise and sound like it's coming from the rear of the car. It's only noticeable at speed above 15km/h and it's very loud when you have the windows wind down and driving along a wall.

The dealership i purchase the car from is denying this is a warrantable issue and they believe what's causing the noise is the brake rotors have not been machined (previously they told me the rear disc pad needs to be changed, noise still exist after i changed it and when you step on the brake the noise doesn't disappear but slows the rotation of the sound due to the slower speed). I have attached a video of the sound , can someone please help me with this problem.

thanks

My guess is wheel bearings or the rotor's shield is bent and is rubbing on the rotors.

Free: The flimsy metal shield behind the brake rotor, check that it is not bent and rubbing on the rotor.

$250 parts 1hr labor for wheel bearings.

sure this isn't coming from your rear differential?

i would check the rotor shield as suggested.

i would also look at both faces of each rotor for scoring or grooves, if something is rubbing it there will be some evidence of this. look for a circular groove or line.

Not yet, i had look at the brakes and nothing is out of the ordinary. I will post some pictures when i get home of the brake, to see if you guys can spot something. My next moves is going to be change the diff. oil to see if it that makes any difference.
