Not sure about Santa Fe but Sandia BMW in Albuquerque is awesome and it's owned by the same person. Not sure how their staff is however. I know several people that work at Sandia and have always have good experiences with their service/parts dept.

Thanks for the info. Recently moved to the 4 corners area in SW Colorado and Santa Fe is closest dealer (150 miles), ABQ is another 80 miles. For minor service both are too far but for major issues then I guess it is worth the gas & miles.

Santa Fe BMW is a good small shop, the service manager named Andy (not me) is cool and has a complete rebuilt E30. They are also Mod friendly
