189s powdercoated

Well I had a bend in one if my wheels so I figured I might as well get them refinished and powdercoated for a little extra. Got it done at Coleman in NJ. They did a great job for a great price!

As much as I wanted you to do gunmetal, these look super clean. Congrats man.

By the way I tossed 12mm/18mm spacers on my 189s and it flushed them perfectly with absolutely no rub or negative handling.

Surprisingly I was bored and tried plasti dipping them...came out very good. It'll hold me off till I get carbon fiber ones. Glossifier is what made it

Looks great! The powder coat will do much better than paint!

Are those 18 inch 189s dude? If so I have the exact same wheels that I'm debating powder coating and putting on for summer and winter.

P.m. me some info for this Coleman shop- i'm also looking to fix some curb rash as well, I wonder how good of a job they do as opposed to the dealer.

I think their work is solid for a good price. I got my mtech front and rear painted by them and my uncle got 2 CSL trunks and m3 CSL bumpers painted by them.

Wow, the 189s came out really good. Would have been interesting to see gunmetal but I think black was a solid choice.

Can you even powder coat in gunmetal? I suppose you can powder coat in any color you want.

This is exactly what I was going to do with my 189s, and now I'm convinced that it's probably my best choice.

Yes you could do gunmetal , that was my other choice. But gloss black looks real clean

Yeah that's what my 19 inch 199s are now from the factory.

I'm torn between doing gunmetal or gloss black again, and I'm afraid that the 18s might be a little bit too small for the gloss black job, but you're starting to convince me otherwise.
