Anybody bought those projector headlights?

http://turbometal.com/lighting/proje...-08-black.html

They look better than usual for 325$ a pair.

What the heck does it have to do with ebay? How am I supposed to know if it is the same!? FYI, I *did* a search with the cup.

Anyway I was asking with *actual experiences*, not biased opinions in favor of OEM. Aftermarket HID projectors were very good with the E46.

Saintor, those lights you are considering are basically the same ones that are being sold on ebay. Here's an actual member's experience with aftermarket projector lights: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=357862

Understood but these aftermarket headlights (in terms of quality) do not apply to the E9x cars.

What happens if a new product is introduced? You'll dismiss it by default just... because?

That's ridiculous.

Okay dickhead, then get the headlights and let us know how it turns out. We were just trying to help out and keep you from wasting money on junk. If you were intent on getting them, why post here in the first place?

I am not interested by your personal beliefs. I am asking for ACTUAL experiences with this very specific product, if you don't have one, just SHUT UP.

buddy, there is a search function on the forums.

You posted a thread asking about the product and we replied. It is up to you now to take in the feedback and decide for yourself if you want to buy this. Do not argue with people who actually did you the favor of sparing you from using the search function. If you want to come back and actually defend a product over what everybody else is going against, then just buy it. Let us know how it turns out. But if youre getting mad because of people recommending OEM lights because you cant afford them or you're looking for a cheaper alternative, than you shouldn't have bought a BMW in the first place.

"buddy", tell me where exactly those headlights from this vendor are reviewed on this site, "buddy". This has been discussed and your last argument is just another personal belief in which I don't care, "buddy".

I give up.

OP, there's no reason to get all butt-hurt. You asked a question and you got your reply. Just because it's not the reply you wanted to hear doesn't mean you have to get all defensive.

It is a well known fact to stay away from cheap knock-offs. Just because it's on a bimmer vendor site doesn't necessarily mean "quality" either, they could very well be the same shitty lights you find on Ebay. It doesn't matter if its a "new product" or not, 99.99% of the time it will be trash. The best alternative is either go with OEM or the kit from e90 Andy. He'll help you out.

I hope you thought about the fact that multiple vendors carry the same product. In this case, if you bothered to do a google search (p/n is PRO-CL-BE9005-AM-BK), you'd see that at least 5-10 other vendors sell this same part. In fact, I even found a vendor that's selling it for over $100 cheaper than the link you posted: http://www.prostreetonline.com/pnsku...9005-am-bk.asp

There, I just saved you over $100. Please get the headlights and let us know how they turn out. I'm sure that all of us are very curious.
