E92 or E90?
In addition to fender roll. You probably need negative camber and stretched tyres. How much and what size depends on the offsets. Yes it works even if you don't lower it, but might look funny if the offsets are aggressive and possibly rubbing since stock suspension is softer, than coilovers.

Front will fit just fine. Rear is a tad more aggressive than we'd recommend.
Generally on E90 LCIs we recommend ET45 rear, which should fit easily.
