No experience with it but AR makes quality stuff. I'd be interested in hearing from someone that's running this - having some extra power and not failing out on emissions is kinda appealing to me.

Speedy answer Thanks!
I live in a country that is very strict concerning emissions. Cattless is no option for me I read already about the quality of AR products. Wondering if somebody is driving with this dp... |

5 inch?
Wow, there was another 5 inch DP somewhere else. I don't think there was much gain versus the 3.5 or 4 inch, but definitely a plus to be able to pass emissions and get substantial gains.

Performance boost isn't what you'll see from a catless but the sound is awesome and it lets the turbo spool much quicker and louder. If you have a JB4, you can run it in map 2 with this downpipe and 93 octane. Definitely a step up from the stock DP.

ur an xi, u got cat's on ur midpipe - get'n hiflow cats on ur DP maybe more work than u may want to do. performance wise u may gain very little. i say cut ur cats on the midpipe or fabricate straight pipe for mid section - so when u need to get inspection u can slap on the cat'd mid section. should gain atleast 10-15whp with 2ndary cats gone.

I installed my AR Design 5" race catted downpipe last week. In combination with the BMW performance exhaust, it's kind of loud got a lot of thumbs up since I did this mod!

Now you guys get me worrying
My PE has the golf tee mod now. If i enable the valve again when i would install the DP, would this compensate the extra noise? |
