engine troubleshooting help

Sooooo there I was accelerating into traffic (e90, 6mt, JB4, HPF exhaust, DCI). I make it into second gear then BAM... SES light comes on. It's driving and idling as if I pulled a plug. I kill it right there, restart it and its fine (I drove it home gently without issue). I read the codes and get a; 2AAF, 29D0. Now for the help part... first thoughts and ideas? plugs, coil, etc...

Thanks... I was just seeking a few been there done that opinions pertaining to the situation in which the misfire happened.

New plugs installed today and she's running stronger than ever!
