looks pretty good...mine had 38K but I got it for $21K a few months ago. Make sure you know the build date as well so you know how much of the warranty is left.

Yah, yours is an xi which makes a pretty big difference.
Um, I think $22-ish is pretty good. I dont think the dealership / individual is getting rich off of you, but I dont think you would be getting screwed either, given the condition of the car is in good shape with no accidents and everything is in good working condition of course.

You will certainly love the car - with many mods of course!

I got pretty much the same car for 23,400 at the Manheim auction - so it its for real, it's a good deal. As someone else mentioned, I would check the carfax.

IMO it's a big overpriced for a 06 330i. 23g's? The mileage is pretty good though, but you can get an automatic 335i sedan for 22'ish with about 60k. clean title. check cars.com
