I don´t think anyone saw this coming....

What the article doesn't say is they don't get to continue manufacture of the 9-5 and 9-4, the next problem they have is the brand, Saab Auto don't own the Saab brand Saab AB (the airplane manufacturer) and with Scania (heavy truck manufacturer) do, Saab AB have stated they will not allow the new company to use the Saab brand if production and R&D move out of Sweden.

I was familiar with the ownership issue but at least, unlike when VW "acquired" RR and Bentley, the buyers know the status of the TM.

Thanks for filling in some of the gaps.

Jesus, kill this brand off already. Turning them into EVs only increases my dislike of them.
