Posting for "mandingo9"
I have a totaled 07 335 e92 sitting at A&L if anyone knows of someone needing any suspension or cosmetic parts. Insurance isn't giving what I want for them so i figured I'd part the car out. I have all m3 suspension arms and sway bars, ohlin coilovers with swift springs, Bmw performance carbon fiber rear spoiler, mtech side skirts, mtech rear bumper with "is" valence, sparco intercooler, m3 steering wheel, Probably some other stuff I forgot about. I need oem parts back and buyer pays A&L for all the labor. I do have advance Rs wheels with Michelin pss tires and a winter set of wheels with Michelin alpin4. Message me for more info at mandingo9

Anyone have stock E92 non-M suspension laying around that they'd be willing to unload?

Mine has been sitting in my garage for over a year. Springs, struts, bushings, mounts.

Toying with the thought of selling my E91 for an 06/07 B7 S4 avant.
Keeping the E91 would be fine but id probably need to put $2-4k worth of work into it to get it to where I'd want it to justify keeping it. Needs new front and rear bumpers (have rear w performance ready to paint), some body work on the side quarter panel (thanks to the wife). New suspension likely as its at 51k now and probably fcabs or bushings as its starting to feel loose especially on light braking at higher speeds (brakes and rotors are new as of spring). I'd also want to get into some power mods so a 330i n52 3 stage intake manifold, Dinan throttle body and then do some exhaust like headers and the AA signature exhaust or BMW PE. Tuning of course too but that's covered. With the S4 it's pretty much at a level of performance I'd be happy with daily driving. Just need to maintain it. The one I'm looking at has similar miles, full exhaust and recent maintenance. $17-18k which is retail price on my E91 currently less the extras I have on it as it sits. Basically an even swap money wise but I need to find a buyer first which might take time. Anyone want to force their opinions on the situation on me?

E91 will probably remain reliable for longer than the B7 S4 to be honest.
N52's aren't the fastest things on the planet, but they're definitely no slouch. With the mods you mentioned, you'd likely beat a B7 S4, and have more fun in the process.

I am a maybe. I have to be in Indy on Monday, but planned on getting a rental to prevent miles. Now, thinking about heading down Saturday and running sunday. What day you running mark?
