Some PHD goodness

Don't mind the temporary midrange mount. Remember that I had 5 1/4" Dynaudio mids in there and the new mid is 3".

PHD AF 1.c tweeters
PHD FB 3.1 midranges

He can get away with it because he has the Jehnert door cards. With mid base drivers under the seats, 4 inch door mids work better, because they can play lower.

What are your thoughts on them? Would I be able to custom fit them into a e92?

It's about time I get rid of my focal mids.

I have a brand new hybrid audio L3SE laying around, I'm trying to figure out if I should just get another one and make custom pods by the tweeter pods or go full Scanspeak. Both those are going to cost a lot!

If I go hybrid, I HAVE to go 3 way because those things don't go low at all. (That means more $$$)

How would you rate just the mids?

I don't recall the depth but I do believe they were beyond what would 'normally' fit. Of all PHD, Studio Neos would likely be my first choice actually.

I play them down to 300. Keep in mind, this is a 3" in a 3-way setup. I haven't tried playing lower. They can play lower, but then the power handling drops.
