No you don't get any space blocked off, we booked the distillary for a wedding shoot and you have to deal with people walking around you. Plus you can't take your car onto the path area.

Ughhhh... it's one thing if you want people in your photos, it's another if you don't. That would suck if you are taking your wedding photos and some guy just decided to walk in front of you....
