rising prices of bmw performance parts

when i looked at a perf exhaust for a 330i 2 years ago they were £495 when i eventually ordered one it cost £700 and now on bmw direct they are £830 yet £400 for a 320i, how on earth can they justify doubling the cost on what is in essence the same thing. when i bought my 335 perf system they were £950 now they are £1150. i really think they are pricing themselves out of the market, i for one am calling it a day with what i have already, was considering the carbon mirror caps but not at £426.

I have to agree, I had my eye on a couple of upgrades but the prices are at least 30% too strong I think. Wouldn't be so bad say if they had a 0% finance option or something similar.
Seems crazy everyone's getting poorer but the prices are going up. Theres some great discounts on the cars, time the accessories followed suit!

Ive just bought the performance goodies for the interior which are gearknob,gaitor and handbrake gaitor with lever and it was £173 but discounted.
I have also just bought the rear diffuser and again this was £150 with covers and heavily discounted but it does look the business now its been painted.

some of the parts, the diffuser being one, are reasonably priced but the £830 for a single box exhaust is ridiculous especialy when you can get a remus for half that.

I know where you're coming from mate, I've got the grilles/spoiler/mirror caps but I can't justify anymore. The prices seem to have risen whenever I ask!!
