Has anyone got a Jawbone Jambox?

Hi,

Thinking of getting one of these. The reviews seems good so was just wondering if anyone on here has any opinions?

I have one. Decent portable speaker. Can fill a room with moderate sound, but not great for the outdoors. The sound quality isn't excellent but it's very good for something that size. It sometimes feels a bit washed out depending on what type of music you are playing. It also works well for conference calls as it has a built in mic.

I suppose you could use it on the wife, but it might be a bit uncomfortable.

Enjoy, thanks for your comments

Remember with a speaker like that you could we as a speaker only for conference call as well. As above, I think it's a good device for the money/quality/sound.

I've got one now.

I'm pretty impressed. I did a firmware Update which added a live audio feature. That's pretty amazing actually. It simulates surround sound and it really works! If you are facing it quite close up it really sounds like the music is flying round your head.

In the garden the garden listening to it now actually - summer is finally here!

I have had a Jambox for sometime now and find it very useful when using laptop to listen to music whilst doing other work. For its size it is quite a good sound but I also have a Bose bluetooth Speaker and that is a fantastic powerful sound but at least £100 more expensive than the Jambox
