Strange Buzzing noise - 30FF related?

Today I got my first 30FF underboost code. I've check my DV's, my charge pipe connections, and to see if there were any cracks in my vacuum lines and so far from what I've seen everything is okay. The car is a 2010 with 34k miles on it, and doesn't see that much weather change where I live, so the vacuum lines are the least of my worries really.

My main concern was this noise I was getting from the hot side, where the vacuum lines are headed. Here is a small video I took of the buzzing noise.

Any thoughts on what the noise could be? It isn't constant, sometimes it is there at idle, and other times it isn't at all.

Is the buzzing normal, or is it something that would make me want to replace them. Does the noise have anything to do with the code?

The buzzing is not normal. Boost solenoids was my best guess too.

Solenoids for sure. It can be tune related also. Some firmwares don't agree with certain cars.

Older Rev2 maps used to do that to my car. Noise is gone since hardware update. Can't be good for the solenoids.

I don't think this is tune/firmware related as I haven't touched either of those since shift sector where the car was running fantastic, I'm running 91 right now and threw the under boost code targeting 14psi
