Lower Dashboard Panel/Carpet Color Change
I am searching out for possible options to make my lower dashboard panel and carpet into black (highlighted in red)
I didn't find any direct thread or any possible solutions on other car threads. The close I came was, where people dye their interior seats. I don't want to do that.. just want to change/color the panel to black Although I guess changing carpet wont be a problem but not sure where should I be looking out for one Will this be possible ? If so which place and how much I am looking out on these ? |

It'd be much cleaner. Just buy something like this and this. Then tuck the wire to the base of your windscreen, into your passenger A pillar and into your glovebox. Thanks for the quick response, indeed pricey option as expected
I would certainly like to weigh in for the dashboard, center console Isn't there a way to just color/dye the parts highlighted in black ? Also thanks on the radar suggestion, definitely in my to do list |

You certainly could dye all of them black. Probably would turn out pretty good since it'd be black, since it'd be more forgiving. As to how, you'd have to ask the guys that have tried this before as I have not. No problem, my setup is more like this. |

The dash is all one piece. You would either have to swap out the entire dash, wrap it in vinyl or leather, or somehow paint it. But I don't think painting it would get you good durability or feel.

Just get some of that piping from Bimmian or some other site for the interior areas you want to "pop."
As far as the carpeting is concerned, that might be a custom job and could run a bit of money. |

had a look on bimmian at some cf wraps on the rest interior parts, not of my taste, thanks though I will probably swap the interior plastic parts from gray to black as they aren't that expensive |
