I recently shipped my E90 from LA to DC and have been trying to find a reputable shop or mechanic to go to for regular maintenance. I just hit 192k miles and am due for an oil change soon, since I change it every 5k now. In the near term I may need to repair a headlight, so I am looking for a place I can trust for more technical projects too.

I'd prefer a shop located within a 30 minute drive radius, but willing to consider further. So far I've seen good reviews of J&F Motors in Arlington and Aktiv Automotive in Gaithersburg, and also recommendations for Alexandria Bavarian Service.

For oil changes just hit the dealership they charge $89 for oil changes. I recommend bmw fairfax deff dont do Alexandria.
