I have e-cutouts which basically equal a muffler delete when they're open (my car sounds exactly like the video btw), and I don't have any drone at all, at any speeds.

Cutouts before the muffler or before the resonator?

They are right before the mufflers. Everything else on my exhaust is stock for now, until I get my downpipes installed I've been throwing around the idea of doing a secondary cat delete with Vibrant resonator, but not sure I want to go that route as my exhaust is plenty loud as it is.
I have a pic of the cutouts in my Garage if you want to see placement. I actually would like to have a second set of cutouts directly on the DPs for track use only, for a fully unrestricted exhaust. Would be crazy loud, though!
