anyone recommend the XPH Angel Eyes kits? Basically mine went out and I want to replace them to something else that is white and reliable and not expensive. These are now 40% off. Would these give me any trouble?

Thank you

LUX - what would you recommend for good halogen H7's and turn signals to match these new V2 AE? I was thinking of the Osram rallye 65W H7 because they really light up the road on my car now - best I have found for night vision when you are stuck with halogen headlights.

Curious what AE's do the best job of matching the OE xenon color yet aren't overpoweringly bright?

I would not recommend going with a higher wattage bulb honestly. There will be more heat and most likely a shorter lifespan. The Phillips Crystal Vision 4300k bulbs will be a much better color match and still be bright enough. Anything cooler of a color will be harder to see and loose light output.

With the 2007 E90 models there is no way to overpower the xenon lights actually. The design of the headlight and rings prevents to the rings from getting too bright and blinding. We offer the LUX E90 V6 lights which will make the rings a pure white 6500k color and the added brightness will help make them much more visible and clear looking.

One side is out on my '07 X5 so I guess nows the time to upgrade. What would you recommend? I like the look of the Lux V6 on Firefox's e90. I'd be happy with that.

Firefox's car is a E90 sedan and used the LUX E90 V6. Your X5 uses a H8 bulb for the angel eyes and for that we offer the LUX H8 V5 Color adjustable and LUX H8 160 7000k's

Just ordered a set of LUX H8 160 7000k for my E90. From what I read on their site, the LUX H8 V5 allow you to adjust the color. I want bright and white so the LUX H8 160 was the right product for me.

I hope that they look as good on my car as the pictures

The Lux E90 V6 is for pre-lci E90's and it matches the projector light perfectly imo.
The Lux H8 V5 has color adjustment so im sure you could match your projector light easily.

You cant use the V6 on you X5, different style bulbs. Lux will confirm this I'm sure lol

Well the LUX E90 V6 is only for the 2006-2008 E90 sedans with xenon headlights. They have a different bulb for the angel eyes then the X5's. The X5 uses a H8 bulb.

Today is a sad day for me, as when I unlocked my vehicle this morning, my passenger side LUX h8's white LEDS are no longer working and I'm left with a non-street legal Blue Halo that I've had to unplug.

This is quite discouraging as the 250$ pricepoint suggested a high quality product. I installed these lights in July of last year, and have not even got 9 months, or 4000 miles of use before failure.

Hoping a lux representative can make this right!

I bought a set of light bulbs last year and so far I'm not that satisfied, I want something brighter like the new bmw's!

What's the best set of bulbs that will give you that clean bright look?

Hi all,

I am planning to buy Angel eyes for my E90 LCI (2010) model, BMW 320i. Just wanted to know which is the best and latest at this point of time like DTEC/MTEC/LUX. Also I want something which is reliable and will not go off within few months.

Appreciate replies/experience from owners who have used these products.
