HELP !!!

I have this clicking sound coming from somewhere under the car. It sounds like it is mostly coming from the right side of the car. It only happens when I am accelerating between 1500 rpm and 2800 rpm. If I am driving slow in second gear and I give it about 25% throttle it gets really loud. This started about 3 months ago just after I had the water pump done. It does not do it in neutral or park no matter how much I rev the engine. No noise on cold start up. Car runs great. No power loss. I am stumped. I always use Shell 91 octane fuel. I am using OEM oil and filter. Just changed the coils and plugs with OEM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
