headlight swap!
does any1 know a shop that will do this...im just feeling LAZY to remove the bumper...

^+1. I also need to do this. Or better yet, are there any members who would be kind enough to help me/us on this project?
I'm afraid it might take me forever to do this myself or worse cause some electrical problems with my car if not done properly. I posted some questions in the cosmetics section about doing a DIY on this but can't get any response so far.

let just say..this weekend i was tempted and i told my bro..lets take this bumper off..we can follow the DIY from this site...hes like no fucking way im touching that car...if it was a honda i will be all over it..but a bimmer..naahhh..pay some1 to do it..lol so im like hmmmm...so we took the headlights back into the house..lol |

its harder than you think....you mean convert to HIDs?
You have to get the headlights, put them in, t hen have to bring it to BMW to get it programmed for HID headlights so the car will recognize them. Not as simple as it used to be. |

That's what I'm afraid of. I'm changing my halogen headlights with AHL Xenon btw. Is this something you can help me with? Where are you located btw? My house is in Robbinsville NJ (near Hamilton or Princeton Junction). I also stay in LIC but I have no garage there to do this conversion.

Im not sure how its done..I would like tos ee what pins they cross in order to get it to work....terminal this and terminal that make no sense to me, cuse the headlight has 2 plugs each.

well supposingly these headlights are plug n play...it was internally hardwire to work on e90 with halogens
