I'm in the process of changing my e92 headers/converters now, magnaflow 49672 doesn't seem to fit. I was only swapping out the front manifold and I was planning on reusing the second oem manifold but they don't seem to fit together. Magnaflow version has pipes that are bent different. Should I return it or will it fit if I buy the matching second converter (49673).

I would contact Any magnaflow help line. Im pretty sure the customer support is good.
Its bends look like Euro manifolds, so since those fit , these should as well when used together. Surprised that they dont fit with exisitng manifolds. I've seen e46 guys having to shave down some metal on one of the manifolds, that was the only issue mentioned.
