Pick up a used jb4 in the for sale section, thank me later.
Jb+ sucks compared to a real tune.

You serious?? You want exactly what COBB offers but dont want to spend $650 for a used COBB?

You start this thread yet dont listen to us and seem to be in here just waiting for someone to affirm your desire for a crappy JB+?

So what your saying is you'd rather piss away $280 on a useless device just to satisfy your desire for a "tune", even though it isnt really a tune...

Stop trying to convince yourself and save your money. If your that cheap, then buy a used JB4 at the very least.

Depends on how you drive. You won't notice anything dramatically different from stock unless you're on it like a raped ape.

For future reference, soon as you click cobb accessport there is a tab that says "power".

You can also find Dyno's here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=416797

I've used both the Procede and Cobb. They both have perks, but I currently run the Procede. Seems to deliver the most raw power with my current set of mods.

I used a Cobb for three years with no problems on my STI. I'm leaning towards a change to the JB4 for the reason of possibly being able to hide it if necessary. The Cobb is a very nice tool though and you don't have to mess with any wiring, it is detectable though.

if I do get the COBB before taking it into the dealer I will just flash it back to stock tune, but with the JB4 you will have to enter the ECU and remove it. Been reading the JB4 has some cooler features gauge sweeps, calmer wastegate rattle noises, on the fly tune stages etc. Also the JB4 is more cost effective

i'm in the same boat.... i'm not looking for any crazy numbers, just something to set the car apart from the rest of the factory 335's out there. Its my wife's car too so i cant go wild with it. What cons come with something like the JB+ or the JB4, other than less HP/performace.
