Porsche wheels are a BMW?!? It's like having hair on your bell end, you know it shouldn't be there.
Your car, your choice I suppose!! |

OP - I seriously wouldn't pay attention to the negativity on your wheel choice. The fact that that they're not OEM/OEM Upgrade/OEM Reps/Look kind of OEM is always going to bring the hardcore down on you.
Too many sheep kicking about nowadays and not enough shepherds. Kudos for being the latter and doing something radically different. You should copy this thread and post it on the main site http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=3 It would be nice to see what the rest of the world has to say about it

theres an element of orginality about this, but equal measures of 'supermarket car park hangout' as well.
ie it looks equally as cheap or as inappropriate as the fiesta its next to in the last pic. i dont like the porsche wheels (they do look sweet on golfs) but do like that the wheels fill the arches and the drop is just right also, so theres credit due, but it just doesnt all add up. plus, why remove the oringal color angel eyes, and then put in yellow fogs? there is something about bimmers and modding though, they need to have an element of OEM in my humble opinion, and this doesnt. i suppose we can expect more of this as the prices of the e92 continue to fall. but if you like it, and your happy with it, then just ignore grumpy old me and the rest of us on here. |

Is it a Porsche??is it a BMW then? not sure...it is just that logo that bugs me..well that is just me but the other thing is how low you sit when your driving.
i really don't understand how you can see the lower part of the road?.. so many chav reclines their seat so far back that they are basically sitting in a stool.

absolutely love the mods! well done mate! Stance is perfect. Porsche wheels look different and unique - i like it alot
I do admit the OZ futuras are pretty special too ... where did you see them? 18s or 19s? Not bad for a stretch n poke set quick question how does the ride fair without the helper springs at the front? My front sits a little high (lowest it will go) ... I have the same coils. As you can see I went for red centres and I reckon they would work on yours for sure esp with a bit of candy lol |

main thing that stands out for me is you've obviously spent some serious wonga on the wheels, and then fitted nankang? what the ****?
Stopped taking you seriously at that point.

Now you will get the budget tyre Nankang supporters going too Have to agree, can never see why anyone can allow themselves to fit rubbish tyres. |

Only question I have is, How does it drive? I really can't see it driving as well as the stock car would.
What size are the wheels?

Looks fantastic for an SE, my only gripe is the yellow fogs they just don't work IMO.
The wheels work so well on the car as well, I suppose the lips being lacquered might of been a hint to them corroding when they are bare. As for the tyres Nankangs are shockers and the stretch they offer looks ridiculous. Ive seen them in the past and they look like L's. Bridgestone Potenza tyres offer the best looking stretch from my experience and they are cracking tyres.

Thanks for all the feedback guys although i get the feel that most of you think BMW's should be kept OEM and not try anything else i do agree that the yellow fogs don't look rite and they will shortly be coming off, as for everything else it will remain the same as i lovveee it and like to be different
the reason for nankang tyres was to get the strecth as i did a bit of reading into it and other tyres would have been near to impossible to get on the backs and stretch them. i will shortly have a few updates on the car so watch this space for changes |

Isn't having the front number plate in the window an offence?
