What are the fog lights?

I am looking for the fog lights like this picture..
just imagine 8 halos turn on @ the same time..
Anyone know where can I get those light?
and how can I install them?

Its obviously part of the WALD kit and you would need it to get the results. But since the bumper is not even out yet, for now you can follow this DIY and settle for just 6 angel eyes.
