Question Best way to remove interior plastics and trims

Whats the best way to remove the following, just want to see if there are any tips so I dont break anything,
  • Door cards front and rear
  • Interior trim i.e Walnut trim
and also
  • Centre concole front and rear

and a haynes manual. I've found mine very handy when removing trim.

And some spare trip clips for when they break off
