Inpa Issues. C

I have a 2010 E93. I have a problem with my hardtop. Error codes says not locking and it won't move. It is currently in the up position. I am wanting to get the error codes from the CMT module using INPA. I installed the software and the driver and I am able to connect with the car but here is the message I am getting when trying to get hardtop info in INPA:

"Requested Control Unit: 'CTM_93_2,CTM 93_3' Not Found.
Control Unit found: 'CTM_93_5'.
Program will be stopped!"

I would sincerely appreciate advise on how to get this resolved.
Anyone with such experience - please forward any thoughts.

Shaun

the coding and programming data in your INPA is outdated
INPA says that it is looking for CTM_93_2,CTM 93_3 modules but getting response from CTM_93_5 module
so you have either to upgrade daten files or install Rheingold/ISTA

INPA Issue

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. I am trying to install Rheingold ISTA BUT I am finding it very difficult to get the correct files to install and get it operational.
I am trying to follow the install steps exactly but certain files will not install and other files which it recommends to download are not available at mega.

I am trying to diagnose my problem but have spent about a week of my spare time trying to get this software to load. Am I missing something or is there some simplified install instructions or video.

Is there any way that I can replace the Datum files on the existing INPA program I have installed. I have already downloaded the datum files from bimmergeeks but cannot find instructions on where to find and replace the required CTM_93.5 file.

Again any help on this - greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Resolved

Success. Went through Insta Installation again last night and it installed.
Confused by conflicting install directions but it worked.

I have now connected, and diagnosed the problem. Sensor fault error.
Now I have somewhere to start on this.

Thanks all who responded to help.

J0K3R5 - thanks a ton for your efforts.

I think I have folder in Mega, I believe it’s a live folder?
I added it to my account a few weeks ago.

Which Daten files are most up todate?

Thanks in advance

If you're looking for general troubleshooting and updating...the one with the biggest number 67.1

You'd use the other ones if you're intentionally trying to use older program versions before the ISTA+/P changeover. EDIT: I'm not sure how well deisel was covered across versions...I seem to remember there were some caveats for some programming items.
