E91 interior led kits

I'm after a complete set of led's for my interior and was wondering if you guys had any recommendations.
I need 16 in total but I DO NOT NEED number plate lights as they're already led's.

1 x Front dome
2 x Front map reading
2 x Sun visor
2 x Footwell
2 x Door / puddle
1 x Rear dome
2 x Rear map reading
2 x Boot
1 x Boot lid (The red one)
1 x Glove box

16 Total

You checked out Horizon LEDS? I'm sure they do kits.

Yeah I have but their kit doesn't match what I need which is odd.
Their kit only lists one for the boot but mine has three - one on either side and the red one on the boot lid itself.

I used a set from eBay and the kit was a perfect match, I will try and find the seller and post back.

Be aware the front panel next to the rear view mirror are a bit of a fiddle to do, make sure you read up on them other wise you will risk braking the flimsy plastic trim.

Would really appreciate it if you could find the set you bought off ebay cos I've been having a look and can't find a single set that matches what I've got. Very wierd.

All sorted. I've been in touch with Horizon led's and they will throw in two extra bulbs at no charge to accommodate the extra lights in the boot of my E91. Also used a 20% off discount code at the checkout. Happy days!

Yeah I swapped them all on my old Focus ST and you're right, it makes a big difference and is a great little upgrade. Look forward to getting them now.

Do LEDs turn on or off gradually like the halogen bulbs ?

Led's received and fitted. Very nice!
And yes they do gradually turn on and off. Pretty sure this can be coded out though so that they just turn straight on and off. Might have a go at that sometime with Carly.

Nick, just out of curiosity do you not find LED's in the car a bit harsh and maybe a bit too bright?

I only ask as I sat in a friends car the other day and he had interior LED's fitted and that is exactly how I felt.... The light was just a bit too intense for me, it would appear I prefer the softer/warmer light from the standard bulbs.

Each to their own of course but I just wondered if you/anyone else thought the same.

No I much prefer the crisp white light from the leds. It's the same in our house - I've converted all our lights to leds and they are all cool white instead of warm white.

In addition to the above, the models fitted with the BMW Lighting Pack come with the following: -

I wouldn’t code them to come straight on and off, it’s much nicer when they fade in and out.
You’re brave using Carly if you have FRM2 or 3
