I'm willing to bargain on a cash incentive to serious buyers. Let me know!

Used the dealers $2500 cash back to get that payment.

What incentive are you offering?
Payment is way too high for 328.

the buyout price is too ridiculous. considering there are still brand new 2009 335's loaded with premium and sports and others for just $40k .

I'm surprised you paid that much, you must not have put that much down on the lease... I believe a 335i coupe lease is only $449/mo. on bmwusa.com

how did u manage $645 for a 328i is beyond me.

you're cash incentive to take over that lease would definitely be to make the new owner pay only $350/mo. A new 328i lease is $399 month. So therefore, you must pay a difference of 33 months * ($645 - $350) = $9,735 (cash incentive) in order to make it worthwhile for the new owner.

Plus the car is technically "used" as well... even though it is a lease. it has depreciated an amount that is bigger than what you still need to pay in terms of payments remaining.

FYI BMW leases aren't that great right now. When I was shopping to replace my 335 BMW couldn't get me below that on a car stickered at 44K with like 3K down or more. Residuals are lower than they were 3 years ago. And the BMW leases on the website usually are $4-5K to start.

Trying to dump a lease that quick is going to be a huge loss. May want to suck up putting the key in the slot and using it to open the door..also the red interior. Seems like you're willing to lose about 10K to have those options? eek.

i mean no dis-respect to the OP but the point was to educate not just the OP but many others.

It is true, BMW leases are terrible, ever since 2009. That is why I bought mine too because the residual/MF values they were giving were horrible.

To top it all off, I just got an email from Long Beach BMW and other dealerships with SEVERAL other 2009 328's and 335 models..all for 36-42k only !!! I mean, with some haggling, you can easily get it down to 39-40k for a 335i.

There is nothing significantly better about a 2010 model over a 2009 model, hence thats why I recommend going 2009. Some people say the 2009 model has lost residual already... well of course, no sh**, that is why it is reflected in the spectacular price of 15-20% off. when the retail sticker was almost 50k ...
