JLevis sells it for $325. for left & right side.???

Yes, they sell it for $325 per SET, not per side, like OEM. They look to have a good finish, and since it's a flexible part that you glue/bolt on, fitment is up to you, assuming it's the right shape. I trust JLeviSW to make a quality part.
