Would you buy this rear bumper?

I've heard that fitment can be difficult or even off if some of these holes are broken because then the tabs on the car won't secure it to the bumper. Some of them are fine but some are messed up. Could I superglue (ghetto, yeah) the broken pieces in the middle then a few rounds of electrical tape or something to repair?

I'd get it for $700 shipped. I need a mtech bumper to replace the one that was backed into recently, so looks like it might work for me if the tabs aren't an issue.

Tabs are easy to fix w/ sheet metal/rivets and a drill (and the glue to plastic weld)

Yeah really back in the day I had a bumper that I custom molded a lip onto the lip weighed down and snapped those off (not all but some) so the shop I went to re-made/invented the mounting points with thin sheet metal (fold a small square in 1/2 and used pop rivets and riveted them on then took a drill and drilled out the mounting hole and put it back on the car. The suggestion of plasti-weld would be a lesser option but does the same thing or in conjunction.
