How bad are the fingerprints? And is the viynl thick enough to cover some small dents? My passenger door trim has some and I was going to replace it but winner if the wrap will just cover it up.
I honestly cannot tell you if the vinyl will mold onto the trim's dent or cover it up, my car was lightly used before I bought it, meaning my trim was in excellent condition. And honestly, for what i noticed it doesn't smudge like the real trim itself because its a vinyl. Maybe i am wrong, I'm going to experiment in the morning. Even if it smudges, just keep a microfiber cloth and just wipe it clean, it takes 30 seconds to clean lol.

But then again I don't like the wood inside either looks old fashioned to me lol
However I like the look of the black gloss and good job of putting it on.
Applying vinyl can be a pita
Thanks dude, honestly it nots that hard, a heat gun will make it so much easier. The only fuck up will be is if you cut the vinyl too short, always use more than needed to insure you won't leave out pieces. Also, if you do make a mistake, you can peel it off and adjust it with the heat gun ! You just cut off the extra vinyl and leave a little vinyl to tuck it behind the trim !

No, it came with it.
Is it unique to Japan perhaps? I'll take a photo and post later tonight.

Nice

Like someone else mentioned, it does look like bamboo

Which was an option from like 2011 up I think. I have it on my car and love it!

OP, questions:

Assuming you wrapped the trim on the dash, console and all four doors:

1 - how much vinyl did you order?
2 - what brand and where did you get it?
3 - did everything fit back nice and tight even with the over-wrap?

Looks great, excellent job!
