Like someone else mentioned, it does look like bamboo Which was an option from like 2011 up I think. I have it on my car and love it!

OP, questions:
Assuming you wrapped the trim on the dash, console and all four doors: 1 - how much vinyl did you order? 2 - what brand and where did you get it? 3 - did everything fit back nice and tight even with the over-wrap? Looks great, excellent job!
