I would have expected a turbo'd GTO to be faster...much faster...even starting with the early 350hp version.

12psi and non IC is no bueno...
I had a couple of Turbo GTOs a LS1 and a LS2 and if properly tuned they are +130 cars for sure!
Something was up with that car and it really didn't look like he knew how to drive it, either way sweet vid OP your car is definetly fast!

GTO needs to fix its setup...painfully slow for 12psi.

Mustang driver needs driver mod.

Your car is quick though.

The GTO later said his clutch was slipping He should be around 550whp, and I am at aroun 480whp. We did a 50mph roll which puts me right in my power band. Plus I don't have to shift from 2nd to 3rd which slows me down big time with my granny shifts

Thats not a BOV, either he isn't running one or its not hooked up properly, that shuttering your hearing is compressor surge during the shift as the air is trying to spin the compressor backwards, nothing will kill boost during a shift quicker than that.
