custom flash

who do i email or message to help me get a custom flash ??
i currently am running the OTS MHD e60 i am FBO no meth no intents/outlest.
i love the power but i can't go on knowing i can squeeze more out of my stock turbos with a custom flash , after this i am done with powers mods .....
