Unplugged negative terminal and now lights are on

I unplugged it a few times yesterday and now I have my 4X4 light and also dsc and brake fluid light on. Do I have to take it to the dealer to get these cleared. Did something get screwed up.

Thanks

I believe if you drive the car for awhile the error will go away. I think it is a known issue when disconnecting the battery on a xDrive model.

^ seriously, that's how you turn them out. Full lock left, full lock right resets the sensors.

Ok I thought he was kidding. Not to be stupid but I typically don't turn the wheel all the way while stationary on dry pavement. So my car is fine even though the lights are on.

Had the same problem yesterday. Unplugged the battery to install new steering wheel. Drove to the grocery store and my dashboard became a Christmas display on the way there, I was all concerned while I did my shopping, then all the lights went away during the trip home.

Yep, it takes a short drive and the above poster is correct, you need to turn the wheel all the way to the left and right, which basically will happen if you just drive it.
