Best/safest open ended lug nuts with locks
I need a set of open ended lug nuts for 75 mm studs, however I want the best things out there as far as safety.. don't want the wheels Im getting being stolen because they-are-expensive.
Is there sets of these where ALL the lugs are lock style? I would much rather have 5 locks per wheel than just 1.. I do want good looking open ended studs, preferably gunmetal or neochro, price is not too much of a concern, just dont' want my wheels going anywhere!

I just have interest in your question. I'm literally on the verge of buying a new wheel set but I don't have a garage, I'm not trying to thread jack or anything. I know of Rimlox but everything read about them as a company isn't very good. It seems like a great anti theft system but who knows

if you dont care if its open ended / closed, or what exact color it is (like me)
then go with gorrilla locks, all 20 lugs are locks and each set is a different lock, no 2 sets are alike Quote:

just check evasivemotorsports.com they have some great stuff for good prices, if you want lugs with implemented locks try the work open ended lugs, all come the same color (whatever you choose) but 4 of 20 are locks with key. not a bad way of spending 200 bucks hah
anyways heres the link check it out you might find something you like click click

Took the words out my mouth. Dont resort to ugly wheel locks, 4 normal lugs + lock looks retarded. Professional thieves will just lol at lock nuts. If you just drive to work and park in a garage then youll be ok. Life is too short to worry about wheels being jacked so just find some pretty nuts.

There are a handful of open ended lug nuts on the market that have pretty unique lock designs, like the Project Kics ones or even Work, but it's hard to say which one is 'the best'.
Rays Engineering makes a new lug nut that is a spline type, called Formula lug nuts. They have a little end cap that goes on the inside of the spline as well and require a special key to get the lug off. If you are really worried, check out Kyo-Ei Dency 2000 Magnetic Locking Nuts. They are the same as in the video, except in lug nut form.
