Best $60 Ever Spent!!!!!!!!
Griffin Technology BlueTrip AUX for iPhone and Smartphones
Get it on AMAZON Works Flawlessly! Took literally 1 min to pair up and start working. I'm using a Galaxy S3 for my phone. Highly Recommended

Yea but you gotta set that on your phone. I don't know if every phone has that function.

has anyone found this at a local retailer? I want to buy local so I can try it out and return it if I dont like it.
I think HTC made a device similar to this as well. |

ahh the HTC requires you to charge the device. Not worth it: http://www.androidcentral.com/htc-bl...hipping-sprint
This thing looks perfect (since the damn USB retrofit is such a pain and so expensive) |

Of course, if you don't hook up your phone to the USB/AUX ports because it's a pain to mess with, then you don't have any of these features either, so its not like you really "lose" anything... |

Ideally I'd like a gadget that plugs into the iphone Y cable dock connector and works as bluetooth A2DP+AVRCP receiver. I've seen a couple that attempt to do this but reviews suggest the implementations aren't very good. |

One of the reviews states that the Belkin one doesn't automatically reconnect when you enter your car, where as the Griffin one does. Also, the Griffin one let's you connect multiple phones, where the Belkin only lets you connect one phone. My concern is that when I plug the Griffin unit in to the charger and aux port, how well will the microphone work?

How about this one guys? I think this is even better. Use it with your ipod adapter and only plug in the Receiver. Then instead of just hearing the music and having to control it from the ipod or iphone, you can actually completely control the music from the iDrive display as you would if it were plugged in directly.
