Anyone else having problems with your EZ pass tag and NAV?

I started to have some serious issues with my tag. In some location sit gets read, but at others it does not. Speed is not an issue.
I called CS and they told me that its because i have an '08 car with navigation+bluetooth. I'm sure that BS.
I'm waiting to try a new tag out. They told me that i should really get an external one, but since i have no pates in the front that's impossible.

Anyone have similar stories?
