I think this deserves its own thread since i already sold the Koni yellow, so they are the only parts left for sell.

These are design to pair with Koni Yellow shocks specifically , therefore it wont work on V3 or other shocks.

spring rate : 336F and 560R

Mileage: less than 5k miles

The spring rates seem a bit weak. Does anybody know how they compare to something like H&R sports? More/less aggressive?

the setup is not too extreme but mild as koni front struts can't handle over 400 spring rate so i figure 338 would work best and thats harold suggested. however, linear spring does ride more sportier and firmer than the same spring rate of progressive spring as i have said in your pm

if you wanna go higher on spring rate, you need to consider JRZ or Moton, not koni
