haha The only reason I agree is that it seems Non-CA with updated software (which most will have in CA since a software update comes with the recall that DMV requires for registration) it doesn't work.

My E93 now have such problems, the use of remote control can open vehicle ceiling, but closed only close to the rear seat above, and at the same time, they stop moving box lock will appear unlock state ask everybody to help me

CAS MODULE (set both of these lines to aktiv)

Yeah, you could try, I'm not just sure whether FRM should be downgraded too. But it is worth to try to downgrade CTM first.

I am trying to diagnose my hardtop error - Not Locked, won't move at all.

I have painfully installed the INPA program and got the driver installed etc. I went to pull the hardtop codes but it is saying: "Requested control unit "CTM_93_2, CTM_93_3' not found. Control Unit Found: 'CTM_93_5'. Program will be stopped!"

How do I get INPA to look for the CTM in my car?

Cant drive car until I get this fixed so anyone who can help- please do so!

Open the C:\EC-APPS\INPA\CFGDAT\E90.ENG file with Notepad, and scroll down till you see the line that deals with the CTM. Does it match the line below? If not, change it to this:

ENTRY= CTM_93,Convertible Hard Top Module,

Sincere Thanks for your reply on this. I did check the file as you have detailed and the file in the E90 ENG file appears correct:
ENTRY= CTM_93,Convertible Hard Top Module,

So from what I am understanding of this; INPA is looking for a CTM Module to scan, For some reason it is looking for version of code (older version) that what actually exists in my CTM? Is there another reference file that would have INPA Looking for the wrong file?

Any other suggestions on how to resolve this. Car has been off the road for over a week. Cant drive because it chimes continuously when running.

Nice post this way is work with me, it is possible to open/close the windows only by fob when the boot lead is up convertible will not open only the windows
