Hard to say. But judging by the Delta numbers...they are about the same power increases.

The revised throttle mapping is still under development, which translates to Rob and Lance are arguing over which feels best to each of them and they can't come to an agreement. What this really implies is that throttle mapping is going to come down to personal preference and a one-size-fits-all map may not meet everyone's requirements.

We're still working on it.

How about offering 2 different stage 1 maps that offer different throttle mapping?

They'll have ATR software out eventually (I'm sure it will move quicker now that this hurdle is out of the way), when it's released, you'll be able to tune it/have someone tune it for you, anyway you like

Just a thought

Workin' on it! I can say that it doesn't look like there is a ton of headroom in the cars with just a TBE. We can push the cars harder down low but end up being met with toasty intake temps in the upper RPM ranges...the factory FMIC is just not up to par. TBE+FMIC (Stage2+FMIC) will be where the fun lies

We are looking at options for pleasing as many people with our OTS maps as possible, which may include multiple revisions. Throttle feel and mapping is much like politics in that it's very difficult to please all people...50%+1 and you're a winner, 50%-1 and you're the heel. Roninsoldier is right on the money though....with ATR, you'll be able to dial in the exact feel that you prefer. The MazdaSpeed community has a very high number of ATR users as those drivers tend to have very particular preferences for throttle mapping.

Lance

Well being that im running stage 1 with a full tbe, upgraded ic, intake, and water injection (use to use meth, but theres no point for more octane on stage 1 as my timing is always maxed out)....in summary temps problems are not a problem for me So send me some maps Lance/Rob.

Got it installed. No problems at all. Just a service engine light that I cleared with the code clearing on the AP.

Feels strong. Need to get the DPs back on now.

What size nozzle are you using? I have thought about water injection.

+1

Jump right to Full bolt ons with the next release ideally followed up by race/meth mapping. In my opinion, there is no point creating mini-steps in between. People are going to have to man up and get some DPs and FMIC on or be happy with stage 1, which is very potent for a "stock" based map off the shelf

What about a 100 octane map for Stage 1 or is that not looking too good?

Car feels good now!

Why does there seem to be smaller gains (as see on the dyno) in the 2007 335i than later models?

Do you feel like there is high demand for a 100 octane map? We're certainly open to expanding our offerings if it helps fill unmet needs!

Our 2007 335i is a 6AT. The AT cars tend to show slightly less gains than the MT versions, likely due to drivetrain losses.

Thank you for the questions guys!

stage 2 would likely be the highest demand update. There are quite of few of us running around on ots stage 1 missing out on power with stage 2 and + mods.

Even just some beta maps sent out to a lucky few would be awesome . . . . nudge nudge nudge.

A Stage 2 100 octane map would be awesome. I used to love running 100 octane maps on my jb3/4 every now and than.

Stage 2 would definitely be the biggest calling right now IMO.

Just took the car out to the gym, car is pulling hard. Hard to tell between my procede and the cobb since it's not apples to apples, plus I've been driving stock for a week so any tune would be like
