Best thing to do is post the seller's information all over the Internet. If he wants to be a scammer, let it be easily known through a google search. We did this on another forum and the scammer ended up coming clean. His info is still plastered all over the Internet though. Search "Alex Ramchand" and see what you find.

Okay guys, I have come to an agreement with the scammer for $300. Not completely satisfied with that however I will take it at this point.

I will be pursuing the extra $100.

Yeah.

I made the mistake honestly. When filing my PayPal claim I entered that I'd accept $300. I tried to call PayPal today (prior to payment) to change that I'd only accept the full $433 but they had me on hold for 15 minutes twice so I figured they were just blowing me off. I hung up.

Lesson learned.

Sorry to hear this. From all your posts, you're a legit guy to do business with. I was actually going to hop on these as well but decided not to deal with burnt led's. $400 is a good deal however, as I got mine for $400 last week local meet up and paid half cash half PayPal. Came out to be a good seller and lights were tested same night.

Thanks, I've dealt a ton over the years on forums. I believe I have 50+ iTrader on ClubRSX. It's a simple courtesy to make the buyer feel as comfortable as you want to feel when you're buying an item.

there are also very pleasant people to deal with. i paid for an mtech rear bumper and then next day got a deal on an already painted aw mtech rear locally so the guy turned out to be very generous and refunded my money same day. just sucks that you never know who to deal with, some people have no dignity.
