Injen intake installed
Fellas, i was at JRP picking up some spacers for my rear rims and i seen they had the Injen intake in stock for my car. The dude cut me a pretty good deal (matched the GB price on the forum here) so i said what the heck...
Impressions thus far: Pros: Installation was straight forward and easy Construction of the intake is very nice Nice large Amsoil Filter was provided Sound @ WOT is amazing Noticeable increase in throttle response Cons: None! To be honest, this is one of my favorite mods on the car, i really wasnt planning on buying an intake, but couldnt pass up the deal. It really does let the N52 breathe a bit better, the sound is amazing, not obnoxious by any means, pretty quite to be honest. But as soon as you give it some gas it opens up! This along with my Remus custom exhaust setup sounds very good. I didnt want a loud exhaust to begin with, i absolutely hate drone. The intake provides a deep growl and has almost eliminated the drone in the car ( I didnt have too much to begin with) however this definitely quieted the drone down. Over all I am extremely happy with the purchase, the throttle response is noticeably quicker, i was shockingly surprised at the pep the car gained. In terms of power / tq i havent dyno'd the car, i wont use the Butt dyno as thats a pretty useless assumption. But I reccomend this one for those with the N52 Engines... PS: the dual cone setup for the 335's are sex... They look so mean. Kris

See here,
http://www.jrponline.com/ I really havent supported these guys much as their pricing was always much more expensive compared to online. I even told these guys before if they were even a few bucks more i would still buy from them to support a local Canadian store and to have the product immediately. The fat guy (believe he may be the owner) was always cocky... guess sales has taken a slump, but they do have everything you can think of in terms of performance... Kris
