look at what happened to me about 2 hours ago, this lady was backing up and i was driving and she obviously didnt see me. im so sad and disappointed that i didnt even go to my class and there was an essay today. i know its just a car but i feel very very BAD.

i am a girl myself!!!!! two times ive been in an accident two times with girls two times it wasnt my fault at all. so you are right in a way

See, now this is a poster who I actually feel sorry for. Not that asshat that thinks life is over because someone punched his trunk.

Ninel, hope there was a police report so you can get your insurance quick and the car back on the road.

well she said that she would pay for everything. she didnt want the police to come because her car wasnt registered and she didnt have insurance. since i have had a previous experience with an accident, i got all of her important info down and already talked to the body shop im gonna go to.

Ouch, not for nothing but good luck with that. I dont know if I would trust someone who didnt have insurance or a registered car. If she admitted everything, I definitely would have gotten the cops involved. She could have given you false information just to get the hell out of there. Best of luck that you get it all fixed.

I would have called the polices so this incident would be documented for legal purposes

it was near my friends house (i was dropping her off) so ive seen that lady before and i know she lives there so hopefully everything will turn out ok

same thing happend to me when my car was only 2 months old some lady was backing up while i was pulling out she had a mdx so i guess she couldnt see me but my was just a small fender bener this is huge wow i feel really bad for you good lucky with this

I agree 100% with the above. There's a reason why she doesn't register the car or pay for insurance. IMHO, she should be locked up before she inflicts further damage or worse, kills someone the next time she's behind the wheel.

I have zero tolerance for those that think they're above the law and if you let her off the hook, you're doing a disservice to the next innocent victim she has an incident with.

err i hope things turn out, i mean had the same incident happen to me with my integra someone back into my car. they didn't want the insurance to get into it, so i didn't call the police but got her number letting me know that once i get a quote for damages she'd pay. but once i got her the quote she flipped out had her dad call me and basically tried to turn everything around where it was my fault which was lame. but in the end her insurance paid up, keep her on check cause you never know.....

besides her phone# i have her address, license plates, and, most importantly, her driver license's #. but i have to admit that i kinda regret not calling the police because my car (unlike hers) is insured and registered. ohh well i feel proud i got down that much info because at that moment i just felt like running down the street and yelling

Be sure to follow this up with a police report. You need to get documentation so that in the event her info is fake or untracable, you can submit something to your insurance.
