Well Shiv gave me a call back, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (that was sarcasm), lmao Its saturday at 830am by him and he called me back explaining everything.

Either way, the readings I gott with the signal wire disconnected are normal, so everything on the procede site is working as should. I will try finding a different power source and try again, if it still reading funny, I will call labonte and see what their suggestions are.

Try new solid ground..... I think I'm going to do the same.

Curious where people are grounding these? We are using the ground on the driverside fender near the charge pipe to TB.

Kinda defeats the purpose of a failsafe. A ground is a ground, there are many grounds in the engine bay that are used by the car.

If my do10 is rated at roughly 650ml/min at 100psi, I flow 980ml/min at 250psi so it should flow 9.8 or slighly lower due to the pressure drop once actual boost hits and the meth pump has to over come that extra 15 or so psi of boost pressure.
Clap I think Shiv recalibrated the methanol logging channels because before I do remember it logged differently similar to what you described above, but he changed the logging channel I believe..Here is the new description so a M7 should be seeing values of 14 in respect to flow

"Progressive Meth Injection Mode
The user entry of 1-99 represents the amount of maximum meth flow. This will vary based upon jet size. For our kits running an M7 jet at 200psi, this value is 14. When there is no meth flow (0), the Procede will run Map1. This will run typical pump gas user adjustable settings. This means ~13-15psi with up to 6 degrees of ignition retard at full boost. Once meth starts to follow, the tune will get more aggressive in terms of both boost and ignition timing. Once meth flow has achieved maxium value (14), the tune will be fully transitioned to the more aggressive map2 (15-17psi) with little to no timing retard. If there is insufficient methanol flow, the tune will not become fully aggressive. And if there is no meth flow at all, the tune will rightfully retain it's conservative on its pump gas settings. Again, fully proactive control without the DME ever needing to intervent and emply any timing control gymnastics. "

I swapped procede units to test when this first happened after I quadruple checked wiring and such , same thing. So it can't be the procede

I still can't get rid of the reading im getting with the car off. It varies btwn 0-1, If i disconnect the ground it goes to 4-5, If i disconnect the signal it goes to 65. I tried multiple ground. I am going to run a wire on the outside to the battery real quick, if I still get 0-1 that rules out a bad ground, then its either the labonte harness or the unit itself.

Grounded it to the battery, same thing, 0-1 with everything off. I am about 2 seconds away from ripping this thing out and punting it accross the back yard.

Well, grounded the procede input and the reading is zero. Plug in the labonte signal and sometimes its 0 sometimes its one. Check flow one last time for 90 seconds, ended up getting roughly 1400ml which is about 933ml/min which should be .93 volts which should be 18 on the procede, procede is reading 10-11. Im done with this thing.

I have a Snow Performance safeinjection if you want to buy it for like 90 bucks...Brand new it cost me I think 150 or so....Its relatively new with maybe 1 week of usage, took it out because at the time Procede used a different trigger system so I bought the Lebonte one, then two weeks later Shiv introduces the Progressive meth mapping with the use of volts to injection to switch to progressive mapping.... I Live in Brooklyn near Verrazano bridge

The procede only works based on 0-5V while the safe injection works on 0-3V . i dont think it will work on the Snow Safe Injection. I have one as well brand new that i bought last year but to be sure the progressive was working i bought the labonte as well.

I got my flow up to 13 but that's still not where it should be. Should be 14-15. Anyone have a picture of where I can turn the pump up to 250 psi? It's at 200 now.

I have heard of the labonte safe inject leaking..... if it is..it will flow less.

Any puddles around the safe inject itself? I have the progressive controller and was getting ready to buy the safe inject from them as well. Most of their review are positive and Labonte always makes good with their customers. Could the pump be clogged? I cleaned debris out of my pump yesterday. Took the head off and there was foil from heet bottles that had torn off the bottle and into the tank. My pump hasn't been producing lately and I have been struggling to find out why. Perhaps its not the lines and its your pump?

There is no leaks/clogs/bloackages anywhere guys. I flow tested the entire system and get 900+ml/min of flow.

The meth is flowing appropriately....

The problem is the labonte unit itself is not reading correctly given the actual REAL meth flow.

Again, let me put my surprise face on .... LOL

While it may well be the safeinjection, there is no reason to keep putting on the surprise face on because there are many that have no prior problems with the safeinjection unit...I have it installed on my car for over a year now and no problems...Anything you buy regardless of brand can have a component fail but it is very odd that his previous safeinjection module fried and the new one doesnt seem to be working correctly...I am sure if he sent it back to lebonte, Dan would be happy to get him out a new one if its indeed a defective flow meter...

well considering my labonte unit failed the first day i put it in, I have a right to be a little not surprised. The unit is not up to par. Or my standards I should say.

Your words of wisdom can be said the same for all the Jb3 users that still have cars with no problems

I'd like to just drop the subject and get back on topic, if we could to keep things on a friendly level. My apologies for steering things off topic a little.
